Every account gets read the same way, in the same order.

Most agencies hand you a dashboard and leave you to interpret it. This page shows the method instead. What gets checked, how often, and what happens when something moves. If you want to judge the thinking before you speak to anyone, read this page.
A worked example. Say conversion on a hero ASIN falls from 14 percent to 11 over a week. Sessions held steady, so it is not traffic. The listing is unchanged and the reviews have not moved. What did move is a competitor price, down five dollars on the Tuesday, and organic position on the term driving most of those sessions, down four places. Three flags, one cause. The answer is not more ad spend. It is deciding whether that position is still worth holding at the new price, and that decision is the deliverable.

Frequently Asked Questions
We get asked this all the time
The first pass reads all seven areas to see where things actually stand. What that turns up sets the order, not a fixed template. Nothing gets changed before the analyse step, because acting first is how an agency ends up fixing the wrong thing.
Answer
How do you decide what to work on first?
Question
Advertising, sales, listing integrity and buy box get read daily, so most things surface within a day rather than at month end. A suppressed listing or a lost buy box on a hero ASIN gets handled when it is found. We will not claim a twenty four hour desk we do not run.
Answer
What happens when something breaks outside working hours?
Question
You get told when something is found, what it traced back to, and what was done about it. Not a monthly deck of screenshots. If a week is quiet you hear that too, because a quiet week is information.
Answer
How will I know what you have actually done?
Question
Nothing gets touched in the first pass. That pass is reading: your catalogue, your terms, your competitor set, your reviews and what your listings actually say. Changes come after that, not during.
Answer
How do you learn my product and category before changing anything?
Question
The platform changes constantly and most of it does not matter. What gets tracked is the part that changes a decision. When something does, you hear what it means for your account rather than a link to an announcement.
Answer
How do you keep up with Amazon changing things?
Question
Access through Seller Central User Permissions, never a shared login. Beyond that, answers on the things only you can know, such as when stock is arriving or why a price moved. Those variables move the numbers and cannot be seen from outside.
Answer
What do you need from me, and how often?
Question
You hear it from us first. A projection is built on a baseline, and if that baseline moves because of a stockout or a catalogue change, the projection moves with it and we say so. The alternative is finding out at the end of the quarter, which helps nobody.
